Stars fire up for the Omara Cycles Women’s Triathlon!
2012 All women's Tri

The Omara Cycles Women’s Triathlon celebrates women’s health and fitness by encouraging both experienced triathletes and first timers to come together and ‘tri’ triathlon in a friendly and comfortable environment. On Sunday, 29 January, women of all ages and abilities are invited to Peter Scullin Reserve Mordialloc and participate individually or as a team in either the ‘starter’, ‘mini’ or ‘sprint’ distance triathlons.

Participants are able to sign up and begin fundraising for Ovarian Cancer Australia, Australia’s leading organisation for ovarian cancer awareness, support, advocacy and research.

Thanks to Omara Cycles, there will be specific focus training sessions. These sessions are FREE and a great opportunity to familiarise yourself with each leg of the race and how transitions work. You will be able to clear up any queries you have about triathlons with an experienced coach. To register for the FREE training sessions, email us at womenstri@starttofinish.com.au

We are excited to present the inaugural WITSUP.com Celebrity Challenge. Celebrities including Masterchef Series 3 finalist, Dani Venn, TV presenters Brodie Harper, Sophie Smith, Natalie Garonzi and leading nutritionist, Lola Berry are trying triathlon for the first time. What’s more? Model/ author and TV presenter Grace McClure will be firing the starters gun. Grace will also be supporting Ovarian Cancer Australia donating $5 for each copy of her new book “You are a wonderful mother” sold on the day.
